Moray Council are looking for buyers to purchase the B-listed Institute building in Keith.
The landmark structure on Mid Street was previously used as council office but declared surplus to requirements in 2016.
Featuring an octagonal clock tower, the 611 sq m property is currently laid out as offices and storage on ground, while first floors with a hall are located at the rear of ground floor.
Planners have indicated the upper floors could potentially be used as residential, commercial, office or entertainment developments. Any changes would require planning and building control consent.
