CCG Asset Management (AM) is to begin work on a kitchen replacement programme in the Inverclyde area.
The three-year contract is being delivered on behalf of Greenock-based Cloch Housing Association, part of the IFLAIR Consortium through which the contract was procured.
A total of 41 properties will have their kitchens renewed in the first year of the works.
CCG AM Manager, Stephen Riley, said: "CCG Asset Management has been operational with IFLAIR since its conception in 2015 and we are delighted to have secured this contract with Cloch Housing Association, an association that we have worked with on a variety of contracts over the last few years.
"As timescales are important to the end user, our site team will require to be as efficient as possible in order to minimise the impact of works on the day-to-day lives of the residents. We will also ensure the standard of installation will be to the highest quality standard."
Paul McColgan, Property Services Manager for Cloch HA, added: "We are looking forward to working again with CCG on this contract. Our goal is for Cloch Housing Association and CCG to work together to ensure that we both deliver a quality service and product to our customers throughout the duration of this three-year contract."
