Paragon Building Consultancy has expanded into Scotland with the opening of a new office in Edinburgh.

The George Street base is led by David Phillip, who previously worked as building consultancy partner for 11 years at Knight Frank.

Mr Philip joins Paragon as a Director and Head of Office, alongside Associate Building Surveyor Jamie March who worked with Mr Philip as an associate at Knight Frank over the past three and a half years.
