The company will upgrade 40 properties in the region on behalf of Garrion People's Housing Cooperative. Work will take place this month and be carried out over a six-week period.
The contract award follows CCG AM's successful work during the summer, which involved replacing windows across 40 properties in Wishaw for the Association.

CCG Asset Management Manager, Stephen Riley, said: "We are delighted to have been appointed to Year 2 of this contract and thank Garrion People's Housing Cooperative for their continued support. The windows that are being installed across the 40 properties are modern and much more energy efficient than the preceding window styles so being able to install them before the Christmas period will ensure that residents benefit when the cold weather hits."
