Atmore Properties To Acquire Glenrothes Car Park Site

Atmore Properties is set to acquire a car park site in Glenrothes, Fife.

The North Street car park will transfer to the developer as part of a £10 million town centre investment programme.

The project includes the redevelopment of the CISWO sports club and adjacent car-park to accommodate a new M&S Simply Food and three smaller units. Overall, the scheme is set to create over 150 new local jobs.

In addition, work to refurbish the former council office at South Street is nearly complete, which is set to become the new home of the CISWO. Once this happens, the North Street site will transfer to Atmore Properties and the public car park will cease to operate.
