Novus Property Solutions and McGill & Co Ltd have been appointed to carry out responsive property repairs for Caledonia Housing Association (HA).

The three-year contracts, worth over £3 million, will run from 01 October 2017.

Novus will be supporting Caledonia's responsive repairs in the East covering Dundee, Fife and Angus, while McGill & Co will cover Caledonia's properties in the West, predominantly in Perthshire.

Tim Calderbank, Caledonia HA Operations Director said: "The new contractors will operate an appointment system for completion of non-emergency repairs. This will provide choice to our customers and ensure that their repairs are undertaken at a time and date that suits their lifestyles. This is in line with our strategic objective to transform customer service and our aim to meet customers' expectations."
