CCG Asset Management has been appointed by Hillhead Housing Association to refurbish two fire-damaged homes in Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire.

The properties, which are located in the Hillhead area, will undergo major repairs including the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, heating and rewiring, and full interior decoration.

Works will get underway this month and will be carried out over a 12-week period.

Stephen Riley, CCG Asset Management Manager, said: "Whilst covering just two properties, the contract with Hillhead HA will be extensive. The AM Team will adhere to strict site protocols to deliver the contract within the 12 week programme and will ensure the properties are completed to the clients satisfaction. Although procured through the open tender route, this further cements the working relationship between CCG and Hillhead."
