CCG has started work on a kitchen replacement contract in the Bannockburn and Plean areas of Stirling.
The company's Asset Management division is delivering the scheme to 29 properties on behalf of Forth Housing Association.
The three-and-a-half week project includes full kitchen replacement, electrical works, and decoration to bring the kitchens up to SHQS standard. Completion is scheduled for early-October.
Stephen Riley, CCG Asset Management Manager, said: "We are delighted to have been appointed to this contract by Forth. Through the use of the SPA framework, Forth have been able to procure directly with CCG as their contractor of choice. With our trademark speed and customer focus, we will ensure the contract is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard."
John Cameron, Forth HA's Director, added: "We're delighted to have appointed CCG for this contract and if the effective working to date continues, I'm sure our tenants will be happy with the end results."
