Road resurfacing work is to begin in Macduff, Aberdeenshire.
The scheme will take pace on the A947 at the Duff Street/Myrus Avenue junction. Work will begin on Saturday, 16 September.
For safety reasons, a short road closure will be necessary. Diversions will be in place. The works will revert to the original convoy system with a 10mph speed limit on Sunday, 17 September when road markings will be applied.
The council said: "Myrus Avenue and Duff Street will remain closed as originally planned.
"Road users will still be able to access the cemetery, driving range, sports centre and car park on Duff Street from the north, while access to housing in Myrus Avenue is via a local diversion.
"Access to Myrus Holiday Park should not be affected by the works."
