Work To Start On Barrhead Water Mains Upgrade

Work is to start on a water mains infrastructure improvement project in Barrhead, East Renfrewshire.

The two-week scheme will start on Thursday, 20 July.

A section of Barrhead Road near the Crookston Road junction will be reduced to single lane traffic during the work. In addition, the Barrhead Road shops access road will be closed between 20 – 24 July and 29 – 30 July.

Scottish Water said it apologises for any inconvenience and thanks affected road users in advance for their patience and understanding.
