Yorkshire Water has appointed Andrew Wyllie CBE as a new Non-Executive Director.
As well as becoming a Board member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination and Safety, Health & Environment Committees, Mr Wylie will take up his new role from 01 September.
Currently, he is Chief Executive of Costain Group and was a Non-Executive Director of Scottish Water from April 2009 to April 2017.
Prior to joining Costain, Mr Wylie worked for Taylor Woodrow where he was the Managing Director of the construction business and a member of the Group Executive Committee.
In addition, he is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Vice President of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
