Building work is to begin on 330 new homes in Angus.
Taylor Wimpey East Scotland will start delivering the Victoria Grange scheme on land off the A92 in Monifieth over the next few weeks.
Features include the creation of a new linear parkland space that will provide improved pedestrian and cycle links to the Angus Gateway Centre and the provision of a large play area. There are also established green open spaces within the development that will be retained.
A quarter of the 300 new homes will be made 'affordable' and Taylor Wimpey East Scotland will contribute almost £3.9 million towards local education and community facilities in the area.
