Clark Contracts has won a new contract to carry out student accommodation upgrade work for the University of Edinburgh.
The scheme will see 127 flats at Warrender Park refurbished across four floors in three separate phases, with work taking place in summer 2017, 2018 and 2019.
The deal follows Clark Contracts successful completion of external upgrades to Warrender Park in 2016, which involved contractors Manufactured Joinery Division creating a new bell tower.
The internal refurbishment will total over £400,000 and is taking place over summer months to minimise disruption to students.
Over the last three years, the company has carried out over £7 million worth of work for the University.
Gerry Cummins, Director at Clark Contracts, said: "We are looking forward to working with the University of Edinburgh again at Warrender Park on this refurbishment project."
