Clark Contracts is continuing work on a £5 million fit out project in Glasgow.

The company is on site deliver the scheme at Atlantic Quay 3 in Glasgow's International Financial Services District (IFSD).

Features include stripping back the building and remodelling the basement up to the sixth floor, along with refurbishing the office suites, toilets and common areas.

In addition, the building's service systems will be replaced, while a new double-height reception with bespoke art and a contemporary shower and changing room will be installed.

Once completed, the building will offer 79,500 sq ft of Grade A office space with views across the River Clyde.

The company's Fit Out division are also currently delivering the £6m fit out of 310 St Vincent street, which will provide a further 71,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in Glasgow City Centre.

Clark Contracts' Director, Gerry Cummins, said: "With the current shortage of Grade A office space within the city centre, we are looking forward to completing both of these projects which will provide an additional 150,000 sq. ft. of much needed space."
