Homes for Scotland has announced its Chair, Jim Mather, is to step down from the organisation.
Mr Mather will leave his position with effect after the trade body's Annual General Meeting on 12 May.
HFS Chief Executive Nicola Barclay said: "Jim's insight and experience has been invaluable in expanding our work in the critical area of public affairs and the Board and I wish him well for the future."
The recruiting process for a successor is now underway. Vice Chair (and previous past Chair Doug McLeod (Regional Director, Scotland - Barratt Homes) will act as Chair on an interim basis.
