Work is continuing on the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route/Balmedie to Tipperty (AWPR/B-T) project.
The contractor, Connect Roads, is due to begin installing edging along the top of the deck on the A90 at Charleston as part of the £745 million scheme. The edging will provide support for the safety barrier.
Work will take place overnight between 8pm – 6am from Friday, 28 April until Sunday, 30 April. Diversions and lane closures will be in place.
A spokesperson for Transport Scotland said: "The contractor has been working closely with Police Scotland and the local authorities to ensure that anyone who needs to use the roads at Charleston can complete their journey, while enhancing the safety of road users and road workers."
