Plans have been submitted to build over 100 new homes in Glasgow.
City Legacy are planning to deliver a further 125 two- and three-bedroom terraced houses at the Athlete's Village site in Dalmarnock.
The developers have already sold all 300 private homes during the first sales release at the site.
Previously, the site provided accommodation for 6,500 athletes and officials during the Commonwealth Games, before being converted to 700 homes – 400 for social rental and 300 for private sale.
If the new plans are approved, work is expected to begin later this year.
Speaking on behalf of City Legacy, Calum Murray, Director of CCG and Director of City Legacy, said: "The interest in The Village before, during and after the Commonwealth games has been overwhelming and that's why we've taken to decision to build more homes on the site.
"Hundreds of families now call The Village their home and with this new planning application for a further 125 homes, we hope to give many more families this once in a lifetime opportunity."
