Contractors George Leslie are to begin upgrading the waste water network in the Dalmarnock area of Glasgow.
The scheme involves installing a new sewer pipe along a stretch of Dalmarnock Road near its junction with Birkwood Street.
The 12-week project is scheduled to begin on Monday, 20 March.
The development is part of Scottish Water's overall £250 million investment in the Greater Glasgow area's waste water infrastructure, which will help improve river water quality and tackle flooding.
