Work On Fife Council Housing Development Complete

Work on a new council housing development in Fife is now complete.

A total of 11 new homes have been built at Tantallon Avenue in Glenrothes.

The energy efficient scheme includes a mix of flats, terraced houses and a four and five-bedroomed houses.

Cllr Judy Hamilton said: "This is just one example of our housing developments, contributing towards our commitment to deliver 2,700 new affordable homes by May this year. And being built by Fife Council’s own Building Services, it gives opportunities for our apprentices to work alongside skilled workers and shows our commitment to investing in our construction industry and in a skilled workforce for the future.
