CCG To Begin Maintenance Works In Glasgow

CCG is to begin two maintenance contracts for Elderpark Housing Association (HA) in Glasgow.

The company's Asset Management team will undertake a suite of upgrades featuring 56 kitchens, 66 boiler replacements, 59 bathrooms, and various door and smoke detector replacements in the Govan area.

In addition, the company's Specialist Building Services (SBS) division will start tenement improvement works to 32 properties on Crossloan Road. Highlights include a full strip out, new layouts, roofs rainwater goods, kitchen and bathroom installation, new pass doors and controlled entry.

Paul Muldoon, CCG SBS Manager, said: "The varying contracts presently being undertaken for the Association gives insight into the extent of the CCG Group's capabilities. The works at Crossloan Road are extensive but our team is vastly experienced with projects of this nature and will ensure delivery within a 52 week programme."
