Plans have been submitted for a new 'affordable' housing development to be built on a derelict brownfield site in Dundee.
Caledonia Housing Association (HA) is proposing to build 28 new homes at the former Taybank Works site on Morgan Street.
The scheme involves 10 new flats and 18 houses for rent. Each property are designed to enhanced energy efficiency levels and minimise energy costs.
Caledonia Housing Association's Asset Management Director, Andrew Kilpatrick, said: "Caledonia's Planning application for Morgan Street Dundee is a continuation of Caledonia's goals to provide high quality affordable homes for rent throughout Scotland and part of our ambitious drive to build 1,000 new homes across our group partners over the next 5 years."
