Work is to begin on three new council housing projects across Perth and Kinross.
The schemes are being built in partnership with the council and work is to begin in February.
The projects include; an eight-property cottage flat project on Glenearn Road, Perth, 20 cottage flats on Birch Avenue in Scone and six further flats on Nimmo Avenue in Perth, which forms the second phase of an earlier development.
The schemes are scheduled for completion this autumn.
The contractor has already started the first phase of a project on Nimmo Avenue, where 10 flats are being built including an eight-property cottage flat construction on Cairns Crescent.
CCG will use its Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) Closed Panel Timber System to build the properties, complete with pre-installed windows, doors and insulation.
Calum Murray, Director of CCG, said: "We will be on site on a large number of housing projects in this coming year, not only in Perth and Kinross but across the country, which is very positive for our business and for the industry as a whole.
"Together these three developments in Perth will create over 30 new homes for a local community in need of modern, affordable housing."
Cllr Dave Doogan added: "Our multi-million pound new builds programme, combined with our work supporting new builds through Housing Associations, has already seen 505 new homes delivered right across Perth and Kinross since 2011. All of these new properties have been built to the very highest standards in areas where there is an acute shortage of affordable housing for local people.
"Building high quality affordable housing has been a priority for me since becoming Housing Convener in 2012 and I am very pleased that we are on course to exceed our already ambitious target of 500 homes by May 2017."
