Scotland TranServ is to begin a £160,000 road maintenance project in Renfrewshire.
The company will start resurfacing the A737 trunk road between the River Garnock and Dalry town centre on Friday, 27 January.
Works will take place under the full closure of the A737 at this location from 8pm – 6am on Monday, 30 January. Diversions will be in place.
Operating company representative for Scotland TranServ, Andy Fraser said: "This programme of essential maintenance will ensure a safer and smoother journey for road users travelling on the A737 each day.
"We have carefully planned the works over the shortest time possible, ensuring minimum disruption to road users, however we would advise motorists to plan ahead and leave plenty of time for their journeys."
