CCG is to begin work on a housing upgrade project in Edinburgh.
The contractor's Specialist Building Services (SBS) division will carry out improvements to three homes on Sunbury Street.
The scheme, which is being delivered on behalf of Zurich Insurance, involves installing a liquid membrane to the roof to make it water tight; new roof lighting and extensive fabric renewal. In addition, workers will remove, restore and re-install stone cladding to install new damp proof membranes around windows and doors.
The project is expected to last 44 weeks.
Derek Gall, CCG Contracts Manager, said: "CCG SBS has been operational in the city for a long period of time now and we are happy to continue our work with another challenging project. Located in Old Town, the contract involves an extensive amount of work and will require strict management at site level.
"The CCG SBS Team has vast experience in this area and we are sure that once the contract is completed the homeowners at Sunbury Street will be delighted with the results."
