CCG AM Begins Bathroom Renewal Scheme In Hawick

Work is underway on a bathroom renewal project in Hawick.

CCG Asset Management (AM) will deliver the scheme at around 100 properties for Waverley Housing Association.

The 10 to 12 week project was procured through the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) KB3 Framework, covering the installation of kitchens, bathrooms and associated services.

Stephen Riley, CCG Asset Management Manager, said: "We may be Glasgow-based but AM is not fazed by travelling across the country and we are excited to commence our contract with Waverley Housing Association.

"2016 was definitely a year in which we saw more of our clients utilising the SPA Framework and we expect others to follow suit in 2017."
