Plans have been submitted for a new housing development in Glasgow.
CCG is proposing to build 154 new homes on a former industrial site at Riverford Road in the south side of the city.
Designed by MAST Architects, the project will comprise of 55 townhouses and 99 flats with views across the White Cart River to Auldhouse Park.
Subject to planning, CCG expects to be on site in summer 2017.
CCG Director, Calum Murray, said: "CCG is excited to bring high-quality, sustainable housing to one of the most sought after areas of Glasgow.
"The scenic views across the river accompanied by extensive communal garden space will provide families with a truly unique living experience.
"The new homes will be feature a contemporary design and offer leading energy efficiency and environmental performance achieved through CCG's own off-site manufactured timber frame system."
