Plans have been announced for a £2 million refurbishment project in Edinburgh.
The Charlotte Square Collection, a managed estate of 21 office properties, is planning to redevelop two townhouses on the south terrace of Edinburgh's Georgian square.
Proposals for 24 and 25 Charlotte Square include creating more than 8,000 sq ft of open place and office space over five floors. The scheme is set to begin in early 2017.
The project marks the 14th and 15th properties to be refurbished in the Charlotte Square Collection. So far, 11 have been completed and work is underway at another two.
Nick Ball, of Corran Properties, which manages The Charlotte Square Collection, said: "As we have redeveloped and refurbished the properties in the portfolio, it has become home to an increasing number of private banks, family offices and boutique asset managers, alongside a number of successful Scottish and global businesses.
"We will continue to refurbish and upgrade the properties to ensure that the architectural heritage is respected within a modern and sustainable context."
