Work to build a new 234-bedroom student apartment complex in Edinburgh is complete.
The Orwell Terrace facility was delivered by CCG for students attending Edinburgh Napier University.
The development, located in the Dalry district of the city centre, consists of three distinct blocks reaching four storeys to the north east and a seven-storey rotunda to the south east.
In the interior, each residence is arranged in clusters of four to nine bedrooms and includes en-suite shower rooms as well as a shared living room/kitchen for each flat. Bike storage facilities and Wi-Fi are also available on site.
Alastair Wylie, Chairman and CEO, CCG, said: "The development was constructed using CCG's own 'Off-Site Manufactured' (OSM) timber frame system. Due to the size of the site and the singular access road, we simply would not have been able to deliver the project without utilising Modern Methods of Construction.
"Student housing is in high demand and a growing market for CCG. This is the third student housing project to be completed by the Group in the last two years and we look forward to growing this side of the business further in the years ahead."
