Edinburgh-based Link Group's in house repairs and maintenance division, Link Property, has secured ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

The award was achieved from external audits performed by an independent accredited registrar company.

It aims to improve customer satisfaction and covers the provision of Link's reactive and void property maintenance service provided to the Group's tenants and other customers.

Colin Culross, Link's Director of Development and Asset Management, said: "We are delighted that Link Property has achieved ISO 9001 accreditation. It demonstrates to our tenants, and other customers, as well as our stakeholders that we aim to provide high quality services and a commitment to challenge ourselves continually to maintain the required standards."
