Plans Submitted For £100m Aberdeen Retail Park

Plans have been submitted to create a new £100 million retail park in Aberdeen.

Drum Property Group is proposing to expand the Prime Four Business Park in Kingswells.

Features include creating a 320,000 sq ft retail development comprising of a food store next to the existing Prime Four Site.

It is anticipated up to 500 jobs will be created by the development. Subject to planning consent, Next will be the first major retailer to move on to the park.
