Landowners, developers and the public are being encouraged to suggest which sites are suitable for development in North Ayrshire.
The council has launched its new Local Development Plan for the region and intends to adopt the blueprint by 2019.
To help prepare its Main Issues Report as the first stage of the Plan, the local authority is holding a 'call for sites' which allows interested parties to propose land suitable for development or redevelopment between 2019 – 2029.
Sites can be suggested for housing, employment, retail and/or other uses.
To participate in the consultation, visit here. The deadline for submissions is 09 September.
The Main Issues Report is anticipated to be published in 2017.
