CCG is progressing with work on a major regeneration project in Glasgow.

The contractor is working on the third phase of the Maryhill Locks regeneration scheme on the banks of the River Kelvin and the Forth and Clyde Canal.

The residential scheme involves building 40 new homes on the former 'The Botany' site and CCG expects to be on site until February 2017.

The company's Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) enhanced closed panel timber system, complete with pre-installed insulation, windows and CCG-manufactured internal doors, is being used to develop the project. The division contributed to the completion of the first phase (21 homes) this month and the first homeowners have now moved in.

The regeneration of Maryhill Locks is being built for Bigg Regeneration (a partnership between Scottish Canals and igloo Regeneration Fund).
