A new housing development has been completed in Glasgow.
The 46-apartment scheme was delivered by CCG for Cube Housing Association in Yoker.
The 'Yoker Village' features a four-storey block of one- and two-bedroom apartments which are managed by property management company Lowther Homes.
CCG used its OSM's enhanced closed panel timber system during the 52-week build project, which included pre-installed windows and CCG-manufactured internal doors.
In addition, the firm's Windows and Doors division manufactured the flat entrance and close entry doors for the development.
Lowther Homes Director, Gillian Lavety, said: "These new-build homes are very much in demand. Not only do they offer people the option of affordable, quality homes for rent, but they look fantastic and are in a great location.
"The new homes are a wonderful addition to our growing portfolio. They're part of our plan to provide more affordable homes over the coming years – and to drive up standards in the private rented sector."
Both Cube Housing Association and Lowther Homes are part of the Wheatley Group, which manages over 700 homes across central Scotland.
