JLL has strengthened its retail offering by appointing James Murray as its retail agency specialist in Edinburgh.

Having worked as a retail specialist at JLL's London office for the past three years, Mr Murray will be responsible for the property consultancy's retail acquisition and disposals in Scotland, as well as working alongside the investment and agency teams.

Speaking on his appointment, Mr Murray said: "I'm really looking forward to returning to Scotland to start working with the teams in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Maintaining close working links with colleagues across the UK will be important, and I'm ready to explore the opportunities and challenges which lie ahead in Scotland's diverse retail market."
