EWP Investments (EWP) has submitted retail plans as part a £300 million mixed-use development in West Lothian.
The regeneration project involves creating around 2,000 new homes and flats at Southdale (including future phases if consented) as well as other local amenities and services.
EWP has now lodged a planning application to build retail units at Southdale Way and Dears Pharmacy have applied to open a pharmacy in one of the proposed units. Further plans include building a food outlet/coffee shop and a dental surgery.
So far, the development has already delivered an ASDA, an Arnold Clark dealership, a Marston's Pub Restaurant and Wee Gems Private Nursery. A new primary school is also set to open at the site in August.
