Plans have been submitted to redevelop the Main Stand at Hearts of Midlothian Football Club's (Hearts) Tynecastle stadium.
The scheme involves adding 3,000 seats and will see capacity at the stadium rise to over 20,000 seats.
In addition, the club has received permission to begin redeveloping the Wheatfield Stand Undercroft.
Features include building new facilities for the temporary Clubstore, Ticket Centre, admin offices and dressing room/football department areas.
The new Clubstore, Ticket Centre and offices are set to be completed this autumn.
Work on the new stand is expected to be completed in time for the 2017/18 season.
