Work has been completed on a community improvement project in Aberdeen.
Volunteers from Bank Of Scotland Commercial and Private Banking teams based in Albyn Place carried out the scheme at Cummings Park.
Work included:
• Installing railway sleepers to create two new pathways
• Woodchip wheel barrowed from pile at entrance onto the first path
• Creating 12 allotments with 42 sections of timber
• Removing heavy vegetation from the perimeter of the allotment area and transferred to create mini beast habitat piles
• Hedge trimming and litter removal
• Cutting timber poles to make pegs for the allotment perimeter
Cllr Neil Cooney said: "We welcome efforts by groups to make a difference in their local area as it's the people who live and work there who benefit from the this work."
