Marshall Construction has reached a milestone on a £1.1 million redevelopment project in Glasgow.
The contractor is halfway through its 20-week scheme to renovate 'The Quay' complex and is on schedule to complete the project by October.
Features include creating of a new public realm zone, improved wayfaring and a series of measures to increase customer engagement activities.
Andrew Tipper, Director of Project Management and Building Services at Cushman & Wakefield, who awarded the development contract, said: "The project has been progressing well to date and we are excited to unveil the newly created zones and improved facilities which are sure to impress The Quay's customers."
Douglas Smith, Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Marshall Construction, added: "We are delighted to have been awarded this prestigious project to carry out improvements to the new public realm zone at Springfield Quay.
