Scottish Water is to begin investigatory work in Dunoon next month as part of a waste water infrastructure upgrade project in Argyll and Bute.
A section of the A880 at Kilmun will be closed between 8am and 8pm on 30 – 31 July and 06 – 07 August, however diversions will be in place.
A Scottish Water spokesperson said: "We have timed this work, and the road traffic management, to minimise any inconvenience to road users.
"We have liaised with Argyll & Bute Council's roads department when planning this road traffic management. We will do everything we can to complete our work and lift the road traffic management as quickly as possible.
"The investigations will enable us to design and implement improvements to our waste water infrastructure in the area. This the last phase of investigative work planned in the area."
