Industry consultancy Gleeds has been selected to project and cost manage a £75 million redevelopment scheme in Glasgow.
Property management company Formal Investments is due to begin creating a 12-storey building on Bath Street in summer 2017, pending approval.
Plans for the urban block include developing 130,000 sq ft of Grade A office space as well as remodelling/refurbishing a second building formerly home to retailer BHS.
A third premises on Sauchiehall Street will also be upgraded, taking the total project area to 240,000 sq ft.
Features include demolishing a portion of the BHS site, creating room for 80,000 sq ft of office space.
Gleeds will help appoint additional consultants to the project, including managing the entire programme of works.
The company's director for Glasgow, Brian Stevenson, said: "I am delighted to be working with Formal Investments on yet another large-scale city centre development.
