Following on from their recent win for 'Best Private Development of the Year', at the Homes for Scotland Awards, Queensberry Properties has also been awarded the prestigious Scottish Homes', 'Show Home of the Year' award.
Queensberry Properties, which is a partnership between the recently-crowned Homes for Scotland's Home Builder of the Year 2016, Cruden Homes and land and property experts, Buccleuch Property, saw off opposition from eight other finalists to win the top award for its 2,500 sq ft, four-bedroom townhouse show home at Woodcroft at the 9th annual Scottish Home Awards.
The Scottish Home Awards, which play an important role in supporting and promoting house builders by ensuring recognition and acknowledgement of excellence and innovation, are sponsored by property management company Ross + Liddell and delivered in partnership with a number of industry bodies and an expert judging panel.
The winning show home at Woodcroft was rated highly by the Scottish Home Awards judges. A spokesperson for the judging panel commented: "This was a tricky category with a wide range of properties in the running. Queensberry Properties attracted the attention of the panel as it was truthful to the property, designed to sell and beautifully coordinated."
Grace Brownlow, sales and marketing director of Queensberry Properties, said: "We're clearly delighted to win a major award at The Scottish Home Awards coming so soon after our triumph at the Homes for Scotland Awards.
"Much was expected of our Woodcroft show home as it was required to both showcase the unique luxury lifestyle available to potential owners at this prime location as well as match the exacting expectations of particularly astute and sophisticated prospective buyers.
"I'm pleased to say though, that the show home has well surpassed its potential, culminating in this latest accolade from the Scottish Home awards judges.
"Indeed many of the visitors who have viewed the show home, have since purchased at Woodcroft and directly linked their decision to buy at the development to being hugely impressed with the show home, all of which of course, is extremely gratifying."
