CCG To Upgrade Over 700 Homes In Edinburgh

CCG is underway with work to upgrade over 700 properties in Edinburgh.

The company's Asset Management (AM) business is carrying out three new kitchen and bathroom contracts in areas such as Lady Nairne and Bingham, Lochend, Sleigh and various locations in the south of the city.

The projects will be delivered over a 24-week period and continue on from works previously undertaken for the city council since November 2015.

CCG AM Manager, Stephen Riley, said: "It is well documented that our portfolio of work in Edinburgh is increasing with numerous live contracts for a variety of clients. We appreciate Edinburgh District Council’s continued faith in our ability to complete over 1,000 properties before the end of the year."
