Work Continues On Water Mains Upgrade Project In Ayr

Work is continuing on a water mains upgrade project in Ayr.

Scottish Water is due to begin a seven-week pipe replacement project in Mill Brae on 05 July.

In order to carry out the scheme safely, traffic management and road closures will be implemented. Diversions will also be in place.

A spokesperson for Scottish Water said: "We will do everything we can to complete our work and lift the road traffic management as quickly as possible.

"We apologise for any inconvenience to road users and thank them in advance for their patience and understanding."
