CCG Asset Management (AM) is underway with a large scale window replacement contract in Glasgow.

The company has been appointed by Whiteinch and Scotstoun Housing Association to install new windows in 450 homes in the north of the city.

The deal is being delivered through the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA), a framework created for organisations that buy products and services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings across Scotland.

In addition, CCG is also delivering a windows, doors and void works contract for East Lothian Council through the SPA framework.

CCG AM Manager, Stephen Riley, said: "The importance of this procurement route should not be underestimated. SPA allows clients to continually engage with their preferred contractors, mitigating any risk and cost incurred through the open tender process. As our relationship with Whiteinch and Scotstoun HA has developed over the years, this procurement alliance helps to reinforce this partnership resulting in mutual benefit for both parties."

The Whiteinch and Scotstoun contract is expected to be completed by early-2017.
