The final tower block at Norfolk Court in Glasgow's Gorbals area, has been demolished.
It means the land is now clear for New Gorbals Housing Association to construct 201 new homes on the site.
The 24-storey tower block was razed to the ground on Sunday morning. It contained 276 flats.
Raymond Shannon, Chairperson at New Gorbals Housing Association, is quoted as saying: "Norfolk Court has been home to thousands of local residents since 1976 and is remembered fondly by many of those who lived there.
"Every tenant affected by demolition in Gorbals since 2002 has been rehoused here – if that is what they wished – and over 80% have chosen to remain in the Gorbals."
