Residents in south central Edinburgh are being invited to 'have their say' on how hundreds of thousands of pounds should be spent in their area.
The South Central Decides initiative allows community groups to apply for grants of up to £2,500 each from three pots of money totalling £221,000.
A total of 21 applications have been received and local people are now being invited to vote on which projects should receive funding.
In addition, 23 environmental improvement projects are included in the proposed schemes, such as road enhancements, as well as the installation of soft landscaping and civic art installations.
Cllr Maureen Child said: "Initiatives like South Central Decides continue to be exceedingly popular, allowing local people to make real decisions about priority activities in their community."
The event will be held between 11am - 3pm at the Methodist Church in Nicolson Square on Saturday, 30 April.
