A major programme of roadworks is due to get underway in West Lothian.
The council will carry out underpass repair works to tackle issues with existing potholes and to improve the road surface in Livingston.
Works at Lanark Avenue Underpass, Quentin Rise Underpass and Talisman Rise Underpass will begin on Monday, 02 May.
Issues with the existing concrete footway surfaces will also be repaired at Quentin Rise and Talisman Rise Underpasses.
Works involve the removal of the existing worn surfacing and waterproofing, concrete repairs to the underpass decks and the installation of new waterproofing and expansion joints.
Diversions will be in place.
A council spokesperson said: "This is a large programme of improvement works which are necessary to improve the road quality for users."
In 2014/15, West Lothian Council was ranked the top Scottish local authority for U class local roads, and second in Scotland for A class primary roads.
