Fife Housing Group (Fife HG) has completed a £17.5 million community regeneration project in Dunfermline.
A total of 207 new properties have been built in the Abbeyview area as part of a tripartite agreement between Fife HG, Fife Council and Persimmon Partnerships.
A range of flats, cottages, townhouses and disabled bungalows have been built on the previous site of old tenement style flats which were demolished in 2004.
Fife HG's Chief Executive, Nicki Donaldson, said: "Delivering this development was part of our commitment, not only to providing quality, affordable homes for our tenants but also, to improving the environment of the neighbourhoods in which they live.
"As such, we are delighted to have had the opportunity to be involved with this regeneration project and to have been a part of the positive impact it has had in the community."
Colin Connell, Development Director for builder Persimmon Partnerships (Scotland), added: "We are extremely proud to be part of the regeneration project in Abbeyview. In total we will have delivered 300 much needed new properties for both the private and affordable housing market in Dunfermline."
