Work is due to begin next month on a £2.73 million redevelopment project in East Dunbartonshire.
Financial close has now been reached on a scheme to transform Kilmardinny House in Bearsden into a conference, wedding and arts centre.
The project will be delivered between East Dunbartonshire Council, development partner hub West Scotland and contractor Clark Contracts.
The Category A-listed building will be partially refurbished, including redecoration, while some repairs to external stonework and windows will be carried out.
Plans include creating a new garden pavilion extension to enhance the venue as a centre for local arts, performance and community groups.
In addition, space will be created for a range of activities including performances, exhibitions, conferences and weddings.
Cllr Anne Jarvis said: "This extensive refurbishment will make Kilmardinny House an even more attractive venue for events, weddings and conferences and add to its popularity."
Work is due to begin in early May with a completion date scheduled for late December 2016.
