Work is to begin on a new £8.2 million health and council services facility in West Lothian.
Graham Construction will develop the Blackburn Partnership Centre next to the Mill Centre in Blackburn.
The facility is being developed by Hub South East Scotland in partnership with the council and construction will begin over the next few weeks.
Services in the new centre include; a new GP practice, community health centre, a library, dentist, CIS centre, a employability service and a credit union.
Jim Forrest, Chief Officer, West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership, said: "I'm delighted that work on the new Partnership Centre will soon start. This project will deliver a health and care hub for the people of Blackburn, in the heart of Blackburn."

The facility is being delivered by NHS Lothian as part of a £27.6m programme of works.
